middot; VoyaThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Voya, an AI-powered travel packing-list assistant published by Appophile. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, accessing, or using Voya, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Voya. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Voya only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
Voya helps you build travel packing lists. You enter trip details such as destination, dates, bag size, trip vibe/activities, and an optional traveler gender and count. Voya uses an AI model to generate a suggested packing list, which you can edit and check off. Some features are free; others require a paid premium subscription. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

If your plan allows premium sharing, you may invite a partner by providing their email address so we can send and process the invite. You are responsible for having permission to share that person's email with us. Shared premium access is for the people allowed under your plan; sharing beyond those limits is prohibited. We may end sharing access if it is misused or if the underlying subscription ends.
Voya, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by Appophile or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voya for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You keep ownership of the trip details you enter. By submitting them, you grant us a license to process that content to provide and improve the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate your list), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Voya relies on third-party services, including Google/Firebase, Google Gemini, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Google Maps Platform and Google Places, and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim. Your use of features powered by these services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability is outside our control.
Voya is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI suggestions will be accurate or complete. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under local consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appophile and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Voya, including reliance on AI-generated suggestions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Voya will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain mandatory consumer rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appophile and its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of Voya, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right (including sharing another person's email without permission).
You can stop using Voya at any time and can delete your account in the app from the Profile screen, which removes your account and trip data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under your local consumer law, you and Appophile agree to submit to the courts of India for any dispute relating to Voya, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where appropriate.
We may update these Terms as Voya or the law changes. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
