General: The App is not directed to children. Minimum age 13 globally.
India: Users under 18 are treated as children for advertising/consent under the DPDP Act; we serve non-personalized ads by default for such users.
If you are under the applicable age threshold, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian where permitted by law.
You will not use the App for illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activities; will not reverse engineer, interfere with security, distribute malware, or generate/scan codes that link to phishing/malware or unlawful content.
The App and its contents are owned by Velocity Retail and licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, revocable basis.
You own the content you generate; you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain features rely on third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Google Play, AdMob, Meta Audience Network), each with their own terms.
The App may include open-source components. Licenses and notices are available in-app at Settings ▸ About ▸ Open-Source Licenses.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy/safety of third-party content reached via scanned codes. Exercise caution with unknown codes and links.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and (b) our aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid for Premium or (ii) USD $25. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
The free tier shows ads from third-party networks. Premium removes ads. We do not control third-party ad content. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, use the App unlawfully, or attempt to compromise its security. You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling removes local data. Premium payments are non-refundable except as required by law/Google Play.
You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use the App if you are subject to relevant restrictions.
We may update features or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via app-store notes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
